Your time is yours. So is your data.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
OMM (One More Month) is made by 17072317 Canada Inc. ("OMM", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on omm.life and in the OMM app, and what we never collect.
The short version
- Your screen time stays on your phone. OMM never sees which apps you use, your messages, or who you call.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
- If you email us, we use your address only to reply.
On this website
omm.life doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking pixels. Our host, Vercel, processes basic technical information like your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure.
If you join our waitlist or write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply and, if you asked, tell you when OMM launches. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
In the app
- Screen Time. OMM uses Apple's Screen Time tools. Apple keeps this data on your iPhone, and your OMM reports are built there. We never receive the list of apps you use or how long you use them.
- Steps. With your permission, OMM reads your step count from Apple Health, on your iPhone only.
- Your settings. Your categories, limits, commitment and score are stored on your iPhone.
- Sharing. When you share your OMM score, you choose where it goes. The share card shows categories, never your apps.
- Features that connect two phones, like Date night mode, send only what the feature needs. We'll tell you what before you turn one on.
- Trees. Our planting partner receives the number of trees to plant, never your name or your data.
- Payments. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your card details.
Children
OMM isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA, the GDPR in Europe and California privacy law, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us and we'll answer within 30 days.
Where it's stored
The little we hold, like an email you sent us, may be stored with trusted providers in Canada, the United States or elsewhere, who are required to protect it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also tell you in the app or by email.
