These terms cover omm.life and the OMM app. By using either, you agree to them. OMM is made by 17072317 Canada Inc. ("OMM", "we", "us").
What OMM is
OMM helps you use your phone with intention. It sorts your screen time, sets the limits you choose, and tracks the time you get back. It's a wellbeing tool, not medical care, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If you're struggling with your mental health or with compulsive phone use, please talk to a professional.
Your subscription
- OMM is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles billing.
- Every plan starts with a free week. If you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription starts and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in your iPhone settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
- Prices on this site may change. A new price applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a paid period.
Your limits
OMM uses Apple's Screen Time tools to limit the apps you choose. Your Essentials, like Phone and Maps, are designed to stay open. You decide your limits, so please don't set any that could keep you from something you need.
Trees
We fund tree planting through a third-party planting partner. The trees in your forest are trees we've funded. The partner does the planting, on its own schedule.
Using OMM fairly
Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse OMM, or use it to break the law.
Ours, and other people's
OMM's name, logo, design and words belong to 17072317 Canada Inc.. App names and icons shown on omm.life belong to their owners. They appear only to describe categories of apps, and OMM isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Quotes from researchers are shared as information and don't mean they endorse OMM.
No guarantees
We work hard to make OMM useful and reliable, but it's provided as is. We can't promise it will always work without interruption, or that you'll reach a particular result, like a number of days back.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, 17072317 Canada Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using OMM, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where 17072317 Canada Inc. has its registered office.
